National Banking Automation (1981) | Nepal Rastra Bank Conceptualized and engineered a historic, high-stakes core software automation project at the central bank of Nepal (Nepal Rastra Bank). Successfully navigated deep cultural and operational friction within an ecosystem entirely unfamiliar with digital ledger systems. Coordinated the hardware architecture deployment via Bhaju Ratna Engineering and Sales, establishing the country’s early benchmarks for financial data hygiene.

Enterprise Utility Architecture (1991–Present) | Designco Nepal Architected, deployed, and supported complex, custom enterprise resource planning (ERP) and large-scale billing engines for Nepal’s vital state utilities and industrial conglomerates—including Nepal Telecom (NTC), the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), the Nepal Water Supply Corporation (KUKL/NWSC), and Himal Cement. Engineered these solutions under conditions of extreme local resource scarcity, establishing a blueprint for industrial-scale process innovation and resilient localized tech systems.
