The global job market is undergoing a seismic shift, and Nepal stands at a critical crossroads. The conversation often leans toward a binary of "disaster vs. survival" in the face of AI, but the reality is far more practical. For students, graduates, and teachers, the path forward isn't about fearing the technology; it’s about mastering the systems that capture it.
