Pandemic - City of temples

Covid-19 service providers and restoration of city of temples

Lot of stone documents of Nepal contained valuable teaching materials for the society. Criminal community came and destroyed  these historical materials and    massacared Buddhists of Nepal in big scale in the past. This is how most of the local  elderly citizens used to explain to  new generations in the past. Our heritage of historical stone documents are sources for our knowledge of history in general. These concepts force us to question the conservation strategy for our old  heritage which vanished in big scale. Destroyed temples can be rebuilt, looted wealth will be restored, but these lost manuscript are the only wound which would never heal. When Prithvi Narayan Shah took over all the government personals including businessmen were invited for feast in the hall of Taleju Bhagwan in Kathmandu and were burnt alive.  People living inside buildings with pigeon hole carved windows . Rest of population were fed with god fearing rituals so that they won't be able to retaliate against new government then.

Our uneducated and innocent ancestors always remained speechless. Their minds were being controlled through god fearing illusionary belief systems. Criminals had penetrated inside the brains of innocent mass many centuries ago  by  injecting fears through stories based on illusions in the name of god in order to increase their bank balance.  These cruel people mastered in  targeting  innocent people's  fear and  continued to feed them. Education used to limited to Sanskrit Pathsala limited to only BRAHMINS children. From government tax food including Ghiu and milk used to be provided to these students. They used to get scholarship to study in Varanashi India. Rest of the local  mass had no access to education and led their life without knowledge.

A Brahmin  used to prove the holiness of Vedas reserving for himself alone the right to read them.  What a system ?  Any non Brahmin if  is found holding books or pens in hands in the roads used to be punished. They didn’t want smart and enlightened people and such people were eliminated. They used them and destroyed them. Therefore ancestors taught their new generations to remain silent for survival. Nepalese mass never went to school before 1950.  If one wanted  the present to be different from the past, that person probably was aware of the past. Who controls the past, controls the future......Who controls the present, controls the past. Even now most of the  senior elderly citizens of local community still continue to advice new generations to remain speechless. Houses used to be burnt down and property used to be looted in the past if any one was found speaking against  destruction of these valuable stone documents. Valuable evidences were suppressed.

Kathmandu is known as city of temples where old valuable historical heritages were destroyed ( earthquake created by criminal ganster ) and replaced with new Hindu heritages during Malla regime. People  are bringing in lot of budget in the names of restoration of old damaged heritage centers from  2015 earthquake. Will the CITY of TEMPLES be restored as per the true old valuable heritage centers that existed before Malla dynasty? Human Capital, Social Capital and Cultural Capital were high before Malla dynasty. Can these capitals be restored?

Nepal could have fed all the mouths through international tourism had our old valuable Buddhist centered not been destroyed by those criminal community leaders.

In India the profound knowledge of Nalanda’s   and Patali Putra's    teachers  attracted scholars from places as distant as China, Korea, Japan, Tibet, Mongolia, Turkey, Sri Lanka, and South East Asia. These scholars have left records about the ambience, architecture, and learning at this unique university. The most detailed accounts have come from Chinese scholars and the best known of these is Xuan Zang who carried back many hundred scriptures which were later translated into Chinese.

In West Indies countries schools children are taught about Nepal as a living museum of the world while teaching about original skills on craft and heritage of Nepal. The emperor of China handed over the daughter from the royal family to Arniko, an artist and Architect of Nepal because of the magnificent skill he possessed then. Many Nepalese people are introduced by Japanese experts to people in Japan and world  as people coming from the great nation where best management practices originated in ancient days and they quote the valuable contents written in old ancient carved stone slabs called Shilapatra known as stone documents in the Archeology department and Museums in Nepal. Princess Bhrikuti Devi (Sanskrit: भृकुटी), a brave daughter of Nepal known to Tibetans as Bal-mo-bza' Khri-btsunBhelsa Tritsun (lit. 'Nepali consort'),or simply, Khri bTsun (lit. 'royal lady'), is traditionally considered to have been the first wife and queen of the earliest emperor of Tibet, Songtsen Gampo (605?–650 CE), and an incarnation of Tara. She was also known as  and was a princess of the Licchavi kingdom of Nepal and later the queen consort of Tibet.

Nepal government should  be presenting true history which has been erased from our education system. If citizens want present to be different from the past, they should study the past. Not only study the past but put into use valuable lessons learned. True history of Nepal is misinterpreted due to vested interests of rulers. True history must be  rewritten. True details of how local leaders were eliminated should be also highlighted. Honest local leaders existed and  details of how local leaders were eliminated should be also highlighted so that new generations learn and plan their lives based on evidence based past narratives. Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it!  Study the past , don't attempt to erase it. Forgetting history only creates a higher chance of repeating itself. If any one wants the present to be different from the past, that person probably is aware of the past.

Social media revolution is helping a lot of old valuable historical  images make a presence in digital platforms helping people  to recollect and create true stories of the past. So many things are coming back,  loyalty and morals of people also have to become a new trend again in the present context if the society has to become functional along with exploitation of technological services for human kind.

What we learn in school is not history. Governments forbid it. Everyone would know what they’re up to because there is nothing new under the Sun. It’s all been done before in one way or another. They don’t want smart and enlightened people. Our School books never tell the  true history. Those who don't know history won't be able to improve the present and plan for future generations. Current generation will be able to describe a way that a past historical event could inform their understanding of the recent event. The Cultural Capital, Human Capital and Social Capital were high in Nepal in earlier days, however, youth should find out how such best practices spread from the land of Gautam Buddha into several other countries boosting economy and the same practices deteriorated in our own country.

Most of the COVID-19 patients also believe in 33 crore “Devis and Devatas”  and remaining Muslims and Christians also believe in blind superstitions not founded on scientific knowledge, thus unable to comprehend the true complexities of this deadly disease. They were unfortunately overpopulating around temples, churches, and mosques and infecting more people around and spreading this deadly disease. They also cannot differentiate between misinformation floating on various print media, television, and social media. They are dying because of lack knowledge on such sensitivity of COVID-19 complexities. During earthquake 2015 also fake stories about  natural disaster were spread so that innocent mass believe in blind superstitions more not founded on scientific knowledge, so that they are unable to comprehend the true complexities of this deadly disease and natural disaster.

Should leaders of Nepal continue promoting blind superstition in the name of god which was always used as means to rule over innocent mass? People are still brainwashed to believe on fake stories in the name of god which carry no meanings. They are made to waste time, energy  and money over unproductive rituals which has no scientific proof.  No wonder Nepal continued to remain poor.

How is the Human Capital Development program in Nepalese through several perspective lenses?  How is the Human Capital Development program in Nepalese health sector context?Government is responsible for the mess up in public hospitals while taking care of Covid-19 patients in hospitals of Nepal.  The ambulance crews are heroes. God Bless the ambulance team serving hospitals. Hats off to the drivers of ambulances.

Brave journalists speak to heroic frontline workers in hospitals. In front of our eyes, they show us how they raced to get a patient to hospital in 24 minutes. hey speak of how sometimes 7-8 patients are placed in one ambulance, how they have watched people denied treatment at hospital gates only to have them die on their watch.

The system in government structure needs to change. Leadership in driving healthcare systems is about influencing, getting the desired results- and not taking the center stage, always. Leadership is about reaching out to the other side and winning their hearts and minds during critical emergency care time, and not just sitting in the middle of people who adore you and teach them to hate the other side. Leadership is about trusting and being trusted, and not doubting and being doubted.

Had the Human Capital, Social Capital and Cultural Capital survived in the past the whole scenarios of disasters would  have been handled in a far better way. Lesson learned alright ! What we have learnt from the good lessons?. Yes keep moving forward. We need to select great personality and the one who will be the one of the most illustrious leader  of the country , a  visionary  leader and a gifted  scientist and a great national planner. and also who will be the instrumental  in strengthening  the country 's   capabilities by inducting new technology. In  digital age of technology  we need leader who makes  great contribution in the upgrading technology  to strengthen our resources including  youth force etc. Let's support a good leader for human capital development. We all have a duty to try to develop a better mind set, values, passion and care to improve ourselves. It is ok to look back to see how far we have come but let us move on. Never worry about who will be offended if you speak the truth. Worry about who will be misled, deceived and destroyed if you don't.
